Description

  • Lead a small team of sourcers within the Manufacturing and Supply Chain function.
  • Identify passive and active candidates for manufacturing, assembly, and engineering roles.
  • Use market research, industry networks, and sourcing techniques to build talent pipelines.
  • Engage prospective candidates with tailored outreach and personalized communication.
  • Partner with recruiters to define role requirements and align sourcing strategy.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to improve sourcing workflows.
  • Support hiring across electro-mechanical, electrical, manufacturing engineering, firmware, and automation disciplines.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
  • Proven success hiring for complex manufacturing, production, or hardware engineering roles.
  • Experience in high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven sourcing approach.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Preferred experience sourcing in startups, defense, aerospace, automotive, complex hardware, or high-tech industries.
  • Preferred experience with Greenhouse, Gem, AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Preferred understanding of hardware manufacturing processes and production methodologies.
