Description

  • Identify passive and active candidates across manufacturing, assembly, and engineering disciplines using advanced sourcing methods and market research.
  • Engage prospective candidates with tailored outreach and personalized communication to build interest in Anduril’s mission and roles.
  • Lead a small team of sourcers within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain function.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future manufacturing and production engineering hiring needs.
  • Partner with recruiters to clarify role requirements, production demand, and sourcing priorities.
  • Use sourcing metrics and candidate data to evaluate effectiveness and improve sourcing strategies and workflows.
  • Support hiring for electro-mechanical assembly, avionics, wire harnessing, PCBA assembly, manufacturing engineering, firmware, automation, and related roles.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
  • Proven track record hiring for complex manufacturing, production, or hardware engineering roles in high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similar industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use data-driven approaches to assess sourcing effectiveness and guide strategy.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Preferred experience sourcing in startups, defense, aerospace, automotive, complex hardware, or high-tech industries.
  • Preferred experience with Greenhouse, Gem, various AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of hardware manufacturing processes and production methodologies.
  • Highly self-sufficient, proactive, resilient, and comfortable working autonomously.
