Description

  • Perform HR transactions and support employees and internal stakeholders through the HRIS system.
  • Provide direct HR support on benefits, compensation, HR policies, relocation, payroll, HR systems, mobility, immigration, and general HR questions.
  • Administer, communicate, and process core HR activities and services.
  • Partner with People functions and HRBPs to execute HR operational processes with a focus on employee experience and data integrity.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on core HR policies and processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of core HR data and projects.
  • Participate in system testing and support HR operations program rollouts, new systems, and process changes.
  • Document, maintain, and communicate core HR processes to users and partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience running HR processes in the Americas, including operational and project coordination and direct employee/customer support.
  • Strong multitasking, interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders, projects, and tasks.
  • Curiosity and a demonstrated desire to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to continue learning and developing skills.
  • Proactive and communicative approach with a focus on employee and customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with understanding of the HR ecosystem, including payroll, IT, compensation, benefits, and legal.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Prior experience running HR processes for Canada and the US, preferred.
  • Experience with Workday HCM, preferred.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau, preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and generate insights to support decision-making, preferred.
