Description

  • Partner with senior GTM leaders and the People team to design and execute talent strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Align HR initiatives with business priorities to support a high-performance, inclusive culture.
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and change management efforts tied to rapid growth and transformation.
  • Champion AI-enabled ways of working to improve team design, workflows, productivity, and role effectiveness.
  • Advocate for company culture, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, retention, performance, and career growth.
  • Coach and mentor leaders and managers on performance management, succession planning, and team effectiveness.
  • Design and support talent programs that accelerate employee growth and leadership development.
  • Use people analytics to identify trends and inform HR decisions and strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across operational regions.
  • Lead complex employee relations matters, investigations, escalations, and other sensitive organizational issues in partnership with Legal and leadership.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience.
  • Significant experience partnering with senior GTM leaders in high-growth technology organizations.
  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams across India and the United States.
  • Deep expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, career management, leadership coaching, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations matters, organizational change, and leadership escalations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first global environment while managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring leaders at all levels, including helping teams adopt AI-enabled tools and more efficient operating models.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $247,000 to $315,000 annually.
