Description

  • Partner with VP-level leaders on workforce planning, org design, and talent strategy.
  • Use AI-powered HR tools and people analytics to inform data-backed recommendations.
  • Own the full talent lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance, promotions, and exits.
  • Lead succession planning, high-potential programs, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations matters, investigations, performance improvement plans, and sensitive exits with empathy and legal rigor.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labour law, including POSH, EPF, Gratuity, and DPDPA 2023 requirements.
  • Drive DEI initiatives, monitor representation metrics, and improve equitable people processes.
  • Lead change management efforts for restructurings, scaling, and transformation programs.
  • Build dashboards and present people-data narratives to leadership forums.

Requirements

  • 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, including 8+ years as an HRBP.
  • Proven strategic impact in fast-growth or technology-driven organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of Indian labour law and Maharashtra-specific regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or equivalent.
  • Experience with AI-enabled HR tools, including talent intelligence, predictive analytics, and skill mapping.
  • Strong employee relations track record with investigations, PIPs, and sensitive situations handled discreetly.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across seniority levels without authority.
  • MBA or PGDM in HR or Organisational Behaviour preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience as an ICC member or POSH-trained inquiry officer preferred.
  • Exposure to org design frameworks such as McKinsey 7-S or the Galbraith Star Model preferred.
  • Knowledge of DPDPA 2023 HR data compliance requirements preferred.
