Description

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation through deal close for mid-market and large enterprise accounts.
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales targets and drive predictable bookings.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline, create opportunities, and qualify prospects.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and build trusted relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and customers to design and run successful proof-of-concepts.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver solutions that fit enterprise needs.
  • Bring customer feedback and market insights into product discussions.
  • Partner with channel partners to expand outreach and support customer satisfaction.
  • Uncover CIO needs and develop tailored value propositions for Turgon’s services.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience selling complex technology SaaS products and services to CIOs.
  • Proven track record of landing and expanding enterprise deals.
  • Experience defining and executing repeatable sales playbooks.
  • Ability to build robust pipelines and rapidly qualify prospects.
  • Knowledge of enterprise technologies, including integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, and analytics.
  • Experience working with channel partners such as lakehouse vendors, analytics tools, and system integrators.
  • Ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate a highly technical product.
  • Critical thinker with a track record of delivering outsized results.
