Description

  • Own end-to-end test automation for the Blazor WebAssembly front end, including UI and functional test suites.
  • Build and maintain API test coverage for .NET Core back-end APIs, Azure Function apps, and the authentication service.
  • Establish mobile test automation for the .NET MAUI application across iOS and Android.
  • Use Claude Enterprise to generate, refactor, and maintain test scripts, and help define AI-assisted testing practices.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines so they run on every build and release with clear failure reporting.
  • Track quality metrics such as escaped defects, coverage, and flaky test rates to drive improvements.
  • Partner with developers to improve testability, support design and code review, and verify bug fixes.
  • Perform targeted exploratory testing for new features and edge cases where automation is not the right tool.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in test automation, SDET, or software engineering roles with a strong testing focus.
  • Strong C#/.NET skills and ability to write production-quality test code.
  • Hands-on experience with modern UI automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar.
  • Experience building API-level test suites, including REST, integration testing, and test data management.
  • Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Comfort using AI tools such as Claude or Copilot as part of the workflow, or strong enthusiasm to adopt them.
  • Self-directed and comfortable owning a domain on a small team.
  • Experience testing Blazor applications using tools such as bUnit or Playwright against WASM apps (nice to have).
  • Mobile automation experience with Appium, .NET MAUI UI testing, or similar (nice to have).
  • Experience testing authentication and authorization flows such as OAuth or OIDC (nice to have).
  • Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience, including familiarity with HIPAA and handling PHI in test environments (nice to have).
  • Performance or load testing experience (nice to have).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines specifically (nice to have).
