Description

  • Build and evolve AI-augmented test automation suites to improve test creation, maintenance, and execution.
  • Develop scalable end-to-end automation frameworks for web applications, APIs, and microservices.
  • Design and execute load, stress, and performance tests to verify global scalability and reliability.
  • Validate LLM- and RAG-driven features using methods that assess accuracy, reliability, and output quality.
  • Implement automated quality gates in CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
  • Use APM and observability tools to monitor performance, investigate bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows to increase team productivity.
  • Advocate for performance, security, and reliability early in the SDLC.
  • Work across distributed systems and performance-sensitive environments to support platform scale.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on QE experience.
  • Deep expertise with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
  • Experience with performance engineering tools such as JMeter, Locust, or K6.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience.
  • AI-native and already using AI tools for coding, test generation, data creation, or analysis.
  • Comfort working with .NET, Python, SQL, microservices, and queueing systems such as RabbitMQ.
  • Experience with AWS or Azure is preferred.
  • Experience in global content workflows or localization environments is preferred.
  • Experience in SOC 2 or GDPR environments and automating compliance checks is preferred.
