Description

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Engagement stakeholders to clarify analytic needs and define requirements.
  • Build analyses, visuals, dashboards, and recurring reports using claims, pharmacy, FHIR, Elevate, and other internal datasets.
  • Prepare customer-facing summaries that communicate Tuesday Health’s impact and support JOC materials and SLA tracking.
  • Assist with data model development by creating well-documented transformations.
  • Partner with Analytics Engineering to keep data models accurate and aligned with reporting needs.
  • Monitor data quality across dashboards and reports and identify anomalies.
  • Investigate root causes of reporting issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to reduce downstream data problems.
  • Produce clear analyses and insights to support clinical and operational decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with SQL.
  • Proficiency with one or more BI tools such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • 2-4 years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related data role.
  • Experience building dashboards or recurring reporting that supports operations.
  • Ability to analyze and transform data in Python is preferred.
  • Familiarity with dbt and analytics engineering best practices is preferred.
  • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar cloud data platforms is preferred.
  • Experience working with healthcare datasets such as claims or ADT/HIE is preferred.
  • Experience using git for version control is preferred.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, fluid environment and communicating clearly with non-technical audiences.
