Description

  • Drive net new sales of professional and managed services by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to understand customer business problems and recommend AWS-based transformation solutions.
  • Generate, manage, and execute pipeline growth across multiple channels, including self-generated opportunities.
  • Manage complex sales opportunities from qualification through close, including strategy development and executive relationship management.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales solution architects, delivery teams, and subject matter experts to build comprehensive services roadmaps.
  • Work closely with AWS teams to co-sell and partner effectively within the AWS ecosystem.
  • Use outcome-based and consultative solution-selling techniques to position custom professional services engagements.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets for enterprise cloud solution sales.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling enterprise technology professional services rather than products.
  • Significant experience with AWS solutions and custom implementation engagements.
  • 5+ years of experience selling directly to C-suite executives in enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
  • Experience selling complex, high-value professional services engagements with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the AWS partner ecosystem and go-to-market strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML, data analytics, and cloud transformation solutions.
  • Preferred experience with CcaaS solutions hosted on Amazon infrastructure.
  • Industry experience in Retail, Financial Services, Travel/Hospitality, and/or Healthcare is preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $150,000 to $180,000 per year.
