Description

  • Design scalable solutions using Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 CE, including the Digital Contact Centre platform and CX solutions.
  • Lead client workshops to gather, document, and translate business requirements into solution, functional, and technical specifications.
  • Design data pipelines, analytics, and reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to uncover business challenges and propose tailored solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Oversee solution deployment, secure integrations, governance best practices, and client adoption.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team capability growth.
  • Stay current on Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, Azure stack, and industry trends to inform solution design.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CE, including the Digital Contact Centre platform and CX solutions.
  • Proven data and analytics experience, ideally with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or comparable platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, ERP, Microsoft Fabric, dataflows, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with Azure stack technologies, API integrations, and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Proficiency in low-code/no-code development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft certification such as PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect Expert) or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Consulting experience and prior client-facing delivery of complex projects, preferably in EMEA or with global clients.
  • Knowledge of additional Microsoft technologies such as Azure Synapse and Dataverse, or competing platforms, is a plus.
