Description

  • Partner with Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Practice Directors, and leadership to develop strategies and campaigns that drive sales opportunities.
  • Manage campaigns and solution strategies to help meet product and solution targets.
  • Support account planning with sales operations and account teams to maximize opportunities across assigned accounts.
  • Qualify leads and sales opportunities with sales and practice stakeholders.
  • Lead the sales process through closure, including writing proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and contract documents such as SOWs, SORs, and SoS.
  • Document lessons learned from winning and losing opportunities to help improve the product portfolio.
  • Deliver pre-packaged solution demos to educate customers on offerings and capabilities.
  • Create custom demos and proof-of-concepts tailored to customer needs and standard demo content.
  • Provide solution direction and quotes based on client requirements and technical consulting discussions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of industry experience as a subject matter expert in 2 or more Dynamics 365 technology areas.
  • 5+ years of experience selling complex solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • 5+ years of Dynamics 365 experience.
  • 10+ years of advanced analytics experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills for business stakeholders and peers.
  • Proficiency in workshop facilitation, including envisioning workshops and art-of-the-possible sessions.
  • Familiarity with selling processes and willingness to work within approved Long View processes.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology concepts and evaluate them for client solutions.
  • Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred, such as Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Field Service Functional Consultant, Customer Services Functional Consultant, Sales Functional Consultant, Power Platform Fundamentals, or Power Platform Developer.
