Description

  • Oversee client accounts, projects, and engagements, including work plans, staffing, timelines, budgets, and integrated project plans.
  • Lead and consult on Salesforce configurations and take a hands-on role in the implementation process.
  • Serve as the primary driver of the project, leading the team while also completing configuration tasks.
  • Own the technical aspects of the project and ensure successful implementation.
  • Guide clients through change management and provide resources and strategies for a smooth transition.
  • Maintain accountability for delivery quality, oversee junior team members, and identify, resolve, or escalate project risks and issues.
  • Coordinate configuration, testing, go-live preparation, and third-party app or integration implementations.
  • Perform business analysis to design and implement Salesforce within the client environment and manage solution design, approvals, development, and final testing.
  • Assist in preparing baseline statements of work or change orders as needed.
  • Contribute to firm-approved AI-enabled client solutions in compliance with company data protection, IP, and professional standards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional services experience.
  • Experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce, including managed services.
  • Experience covering planning, delegation, process flow discovery, functional and technical design, training, testing, go-live support, and project management.
  • Proven expertise in business process analysis and solution design.
  • Strong preference for prior experience configuring Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ+.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects, schedules, and tasks concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Comfort responsibly exploring and adopting firm-approved AI tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (SCA).
