Description

  • Own the AI services API contract, Desktop Intercept client, and integration roadmap end to end.
  • Set and enforce latency and cost budgets per service.
  • Define and own eval and guardrails for each AI service, including how success and safety are measured before and after release.
  • Prioritize the integration roadmap based on revenue impact and deal enablement.
  • Treat reliability, privacy, and PII handling as product features.
  • Maintain backlog ownership and write specs for a capability area.
  • Define acceptance criteria and customer pilot targets.
  • Ensure the customer voice is represented in every spec review.
  • Own billing-metering and RBAC scoping for features.
  • Write one-page product specs that engineering can build from directly.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in contact center, CCaaS, or developer platforms strongly preferred.
  • Experience as a platform, API, or developer-tools PM.
  • Ability to reason fluently about events, plugins, latency budgets, and failure modes.
  • Experience owning LLM-backed services in production.
  • Hands-on understanding of eval, guardrails, and non-determinism.
  • Experience with integrations and partner ecosystems, including CCaaS, CRM, telephony, or data-warehouse connectors.
  • Comfort with privacy and PII-redaction requirements for customer conversation capture at scale.
  • Exposure to desktop or native-client capture, CTI, or contact-center telephony is a bonus.
  • Ability to write crisp one-page specs that engineers can build from without meetings.
