Description

  • Lead small-scale functional requirements elicitation, design, and scoping discussions with internal teams and clients.
  • Decompose user stories into tasks and estimate the effort required to complete them.
  • Consult client stakeholders on functional approaches, alternatives, risks, and best practices.
  • Present recommendations to clients in a business-focused, persuasive, and impactful manner.
  • Identify additional opportunities within existing clients and escalate them to sales and leadership counterparts.
  • Build trust and partnership with clients through strong engagement and communication.
  • Delegate technical tasks to other team members on small-scale, low-complexity projects.
  • Monitor task completion, remove impediments, and identify additional work for consultants.
  • Identify problems independently and own the evaluation and solution of those problems.
  • Contribute to successful project delivery across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform engagements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or comparable projects.
  • 1+ years of experience leading two or more relevant projects.
  • Experience implementing, configuring, and customizing Microsoft D365, including forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, and solutions.
  • Experience implementing, configuring, and customizing Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerApps.
  • Experience with upgrading or migrating CRM on-premise to D365 Sales.
  • Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM or D365 Sales.
  • Experience implementing D365 Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Portals, or Customer Insights.
  • Experience migrating data and/or implementing integrations to and from D365.
  • Ability to write simple data queries and/or low-code routines.
  • Ability to determine whether a medium-complexity routine should be built with a no-code solution or software development effort.
  • 2+ years of experience with Agile delivery preferred.
  • Two or more Microsoft D365 certifications.
  • Strong presentation, written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience working independently, in teams, and across diverse cultures and corporate environments.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations.
  • A constant learner who actively seeks educational opportunities, certifications, and market trends.
