Description

  • Design customized implementation plans based on each client’s unique needs and objectives.
  • Manage multiple complex client implementations simultaneously from kickoff through completion.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and accountability across internal and client teams to meet milestones and timelines.
  • Work with Solutions Services, Professional Services, Engineering, and Product to ensure technical and custom deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to provide a cohesive implementation experience and resolve issues quickly.
  • Map current client workflows and redesign them into streamlined Ottimate processes that reduce manual work and increase automation.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and address implementation challenges proactively.
  • Build strong client relationships and support a high-quality post-implementation experience that encourages adoption and renewals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience managing complex client deployments and platform implementations, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience taking a consultative approach to software implementation and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Technical knowledge relevant to the industries and solutions being implemented.
  • Strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong project management skills, including end-to-end execution, timeline management, and stakeholder communications.
  • Experience with project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and high-impact projects.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, Engineering, or Services (preferred).
