Description

  • Provide Slate CRM implementation services, functional consulting, training, troubleshooting, and technical support to higher education clients.
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend technology improvements for admissions, retention, and advancement.
  • Assist clients in planning and executing Slate CRM solutions tailored for academic institutions.
  • Develop, customize, deploy, and integrate CRM software and related HTML content.
  • Administer security roles, build workflows, write rules, and create reports and dashboards in Slate.
  • Use Slate datasets and entities for reporting, data management, process automation, and system optimization.
  • Build and manage integrations with third-party admissions applications and ERP/Student Information Systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within Slate.
  • Support consulting engagements focused on improving business processes and creating operational efficiency.
  • Adapt support and communication to clients with varying levels of technical knowledge.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in the higher education industry.
  • 5+ years of experience with Slate CRM and advanced user proficiency.
  • Experience administering security roles, building workflows, writing rules, and creating reports and dashboards with CRM tools.
  • Extensive experience with Slate datasets and entities for reporting, data management, process automation, and system optimization.
  • Experience developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating CRM software.
  • Experience developing HTML content.
  • Experience analyzing business processes, procedures, and functions and recommending improvements.
  • Experience with data collection, workflow design, and audit requirements to assess CRM suitability.
  • Experience building and managing integrations with third-party admissions applications such as Common App, Royall/EAB, and Liaison/UNICAS.
  • Experience designing and managing integrations with ERP/Student Information Systems.
  • Consulting experience focused on improving business processes and efficiency.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a proven customer service approach.
  • Ability to travel more than 25%.
  • Project-based work experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Ellucian CRM Advance or Recruit, Microsoft Dynamics, Element 451, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms is a bonus.
  • Graduate admissions or enrollment experience is preferred.

  • Salary range of $90,000 to $125,000.
