Description

  • Act as the primary ServiceNow subject matter expert and trusted advisor for internal teams and external clients.
  • Lead platform strategy, health assessments, maturity reviews, and roadmap planning sessions.
  • Translate business challenges into scalable ServiceNow solutions and recommend governance and best practices.
  • Represent ServiceNow expertise in pre-sales, discovery, workshops, and ongoing delivery engagements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage technical escalations and customer satisfaction.
  • Architect, develop, and deliver enterprise ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
  • Perform code reviews, enforce development standards, and govern update sets, release management, and deployment pipelines.
  • Maintain platform administration and operations, including access control, upgrades, patching, performance, and data management.
  • Configure and optimize ITSM and TPSM processes in a domain-separated, multi-tenant environment.
  • Mentor junior administrators and developers and coordinate technical deliverables with third-party partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience spanning both administration and development.
  • Demonstrated experience as a customer-facing consultant or technical lead in an MSP, GSI, or service provider environment.
  • Expert-level ServiceNow development skills with JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Deep experience with Domain Separation and multi-tenant architecture in a TPSM or similar environment.
  • Strong command of ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
  • Experience leading full-lifecycle ServiceNow implementations from requirements through go-live.
  • Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical executive audiences.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification required.
  • ServiceNow CIS certification in ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • ServiceNow Certified Technology Architect (CTA) strongly preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation v4 or higher preferred.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist, AI capabilities, and the Now Platform AI roadmap preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project delivery models preferred.
  • Experience with pre-sales, solution scoping, and effort estimation preferred.
  • Exposure to complementary platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Salesforce, or Microsoft 365 preferred.
