Description

  • Build modular, hierarchical multi-agent architectures using CX Agent Studio and programmatic Code Agents.
  • Develop custom Python or TypeScript tools, callbacks, data transformations, and backend logic.
  • Use GECX engineering CLI workflows, including uv environments, cxas lint, and cxas llm-lint.
  • Design structured agent instructions, task flows, tool integrations, and sub-agent routing.
  • Integrate agents with databases, product catalogs, CRMs, and CCaaS platforms such as Genesys and Avaya through MCP or secure OpenAPI webhooks.
  • Create automated golden-scenario tests and simulation evaluations for multi-turn agent trajectories and conversational regressions.
  • Deploy and optimize agentic workflows across customer-facing digital, voice, retail, and commerce touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience building conversational AI solutions, virtual agents, or programmatic AI workflows.
  • Proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js, including complex JSON, REST APIs, and cloud-hosted webhooks.
  • Experience with Git-based development workflows and command-line interfaces for versioning and deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with Google GECX Code Agent tooling, such as cxas-scrapi, SDKs, or Python-based agent foundries.
  • Technical understanding of Dialogflow CX, CX Agent Studio, or comparable stateful conversational frameworks.
  • Experience deploying low-latency audio-to-audio voice agents and integrating telephony or CCaaS environments.
  • Understanding of prompt safety protocols, blocklists, fallback behaviors, and model or tool callbacks.
  • Experience using BigQuery or Google Cloud Logging to analyze conversation traces, transcripts, and performance metrics.
