Description

  • Lead technical audits covering systems, platforms, integrations, data, access, costs, and constraints.
  • Assess integration capabilities, data quality, technical feasibility, and delivery effort.
  • Design, build, test, deploy, support, and optimize AI agents, automations, dashboards, internal tools, and client portals.
  • Develop AI operating systems and custom solutions tailored to client environments.
  • Maintain human approval for client-facing and business-critical AI actions.
  • Build and improve internal AI systems, proposal engines, portals, workflows, and agents.
  • Identify recurring solutions and convert them into reusable components, integrations, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements, explain risks and trade-offs, demonstrate solutions, and incorporate feedback.
  • Improve solution reliability, scalability, security, and maintainability while contributing to standards and documentation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications beyond conversational chatbots.
  • Hands-on experience with AI agents, tool use, retrieval, structured outputs, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
  • Experience with Claude Code, Anthropic API, multi-agent orchestration, and MCP connectors.
  • Demonstrable production work through examples, repositories, demos, or deployed systems.
  • Strong full-stack experience with TypeScript/Node.js, React, Next.js, REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and Git workflows.
  • Experience with relational databases, particularly Supabase/PostgreSQL, and production deployment platforms such as Vercel.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs, including poorly documented systems.
  • Strong understanding of security, permissions, data handling, confidentiality, and governance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, client discovery experience, technical judgment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Notion, Google Workspace, Stripe, Twilio, CRM, POS, accounting systems, Microsoft Power Platform, n8n, or Make is advantageous.
