Description

  • Participar de sessões de discovery para compreender processos, dores e gargalos operacionais.
  • Identificar oportunidades de automação e aplicação de agentes de IA, avaliando impacto e viabilidade.
  • Desenhar soluções de IA, incluindo fluxos de agentes, integrações e critérios de sucesso.
  • Apresentar propostas e recomendações técnicas a stakeholders técnicos e não técnicos.
  • Validar hipóteses e soluções com stakeholders antes do desenvolvimento.
  • Desenvolver soluções em Java e/ou Python, contribuindo com código e decisões técnicas.
  • Integrar agentes de IA, LLMs, APIs, ferramentas e fontes corporativas de conhecimento.
  • Acompanhar as soluções desde a concepção até a entrega, assegurando qualidade e alinhamento aos objetivos.

Requirements

  • Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento com Java e/ou Python.
  • Conhecimento prático em IA generativa e LLMs, incluindo Claude, GPT e Gemini.
  • Conhecimento em RAG e fine-tuning.
  • Experiência com frameworks de agentes, como LangChain, CrewAI, Dify, AutoGen ou similares.
  • Conhecimento em prompt engineering, guardrails e avaliação de agentes.
  • Conhecimento em MCP (Model Context Protocol).
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de transformar necessidades de negócio em soluções técnicas.
  • Perfil consultivo para apresentar e defender soluções junto a diferentes stakeholders.
  • Experiência com arquiteturas Agentic AI ou sistemas multiagentes (diferencial).
  • Experiência com automação de processos, APIs, microsserviços e ambientes cloud (diferencial).
