Description

  • Translate business needs from global stakeholders into production-ready AI solutions.
  • Build data transformation infrastructure and manage ingestion pipelines for AI/ML processes.
  • Deploy models as APIs, microservices, and applications while monitoring performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Build and maintain cloud and containerized infrastructure on platforms such as AWS and GCP.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers on AI strategies and features.
  • Document AI processes, standards, and controls in accordance with data governance policies.
  • Develop algorithms for extracting, transforming, and loading large volumes of real-time, unstructured data.
  • Run experiments, evaluate deployed model performance, and resolve defects.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery cycles.
  • Track emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI and LLMs, and integrate them where they provide business value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus at least 3 years of professional AI Engineer experience.
  • Advanced Python proficiency, including Scikit-Learn and other common libraries, object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience applying Generative AI and tuning large language models, including RAG, MCP, and multi-agent systems using ADK, DialogFlow, or equivalent services.
  • Foundational software engineering knowledge covering operating systems, Java, SQL, Git, Agile or Waterfall methodologies, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and design patterns.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and practical knowledge of machine learning.
  • Experience with end-to-end data engineering, cloud and traditional databases, query optimization, preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Ability to conduct code reviews and work with software platforms where models are deployed.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams, with familiarity with Agile and user story documentation.
