Description

  • Own the mortgage business revenue, growth, and P&L, including target setting, forecasting, and plan execution.
  • Define the go-to-market strategy for the mortgage segment, including segmentation, pricing and packaging direction, and investment priorities.
  • Align Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success around a shared mortgage plan and shared performance goals.
  • Hire, lead, and develop the team supporting the mortgage business as it scales.
  • Drive new logo acquisition, customer retention, and expansion within the mortgage customer base.
  • Build senior relationships with key lenders and partners to accelerate major opportunities.
  • Run the operating cadence for the business, including forecasts, pipeline reviews, and cross-functional planning.
  • Represent the mortgage business and its results to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience, including ownership of a business line, segment, or region with responsibility for revenue and results.
  • Proven track record of owning a revenue number and consistently hitting or exceeding growth targets.
  • Experience leading cross-functional go-to-market teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
  • Strong general management skills in strategy, planning, forecasting, and operating discipline.
  • Experience selling into or operating within the mortgage or lending industry.
  • Proven ability to build and scale teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills with both senior buyers and internal leaders.
  • Prior GM or business-unit-owner experience at a fintech, SaaS, or mortgage technology company, preferred.
  • Familiarity with the mortgage ecosystem and how lenders buy and adopt technology, preferred.
  • Experience scaling a business line from early traction to durable, repeatable growth, preferred.
  • Comfort with a data-driven, metrics-first approach to running a business, preferred.
