Description

  • Drive pipeline growth to help maximize sales capacity and meet or exceed company targets.
  • Source, vet, and qualify high-potential clients to create qualified sales opportunities.
  • Engage senior decision-makers through strategic outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
  • Manage both hot inbound leads and high-value outbound targets with a white-glove approach.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff between Sales Development and Sales Executives to improve closing probability.
  • Use reporting and dashboards to communicate results and track productivity and performance KPIs.
  • Identify sales collateral and content needs to improve lead open, response, and engagement rates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Merchant Success to strengthen the pitch and support growth.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Development in B2B technology sales, preferably in Fintech, Gaming (sports betting or casino), or Payments.
  • Ability to sell yourself effectively.
  • Proven track record of developing a sales pipeline through both outbound and inbound efforts.
  • Experience in closing roles is a plus.
  • A hustler, go-getter, and self-motivated individual.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to drive results.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, directly, and in a data-driven way.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Gong, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Navigator is a plus.
  • Experience in Online Gaming or Financial Tech is a bonus.
