Description

  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies aligned with key business metrics to drive revenue, cost savings, and profitability.
  • Increase the client base and expand the regional book of business to meet annual targets.
  • Create and manage an effective customer call strategy using Salesforce as the primary CRM tool.
  • Travel throughout the assigned New England territory to assess prospects and meet with customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while transitioning new client connections to account management for day-to-day service.
  • Present Daniels Health’s products and services to multiple stakeholders within prospective accounts and communicate the value proposition clearly.
  • Identify client needs, prepare business proposals, and highlight competitive advantages and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team on drafting and reviewing client contracts.
  • Negotiate contracts with prospective and existing customers.
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify viable business opportunities and income streams.
  • Support portfolio management of current customers and drive upsell opportunities.
  • Prepare territory performance reports and review sales activities, targets, and strategies with the Regional Manager.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of industry experience.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience designing and implementing business development strategies.
  • Strong conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Proven ability to negotiate.
  • Hospital services or related service industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to motivate a team.
  • Strong presentation skills with confidence in value-based selling.
  • Outstanding computer skills, including Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
