Description

  • Generate opportunities from priority, high-potential accounts for the DACH team.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads for DACH Account Executives.
  • Pitch the 360Learning product to interested prospects.
  • Identify customer pain points and understand prospect context during conversations.
  • Present the 360Learning value proposition and evangelize collaborative learning in the market.
  • Collaborate closely with a coach, marketing operations, demand generation, and sales teams.
  • Manage your territory and prioritize inbound and outbound lead pipelines.
  • Use sales development tools and techniques to engage prospects and forecast performance.
  • Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and contribute innovative lead generation ideas.
  • Share product and market expertise and support onboarding of new team members over time.

Requirements

  • First experience in a B2B SaaS environment as a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales representative.
  • Previous experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound prospecting.
  • Preferred but not mandatory: experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to uncover customer needs.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Native German language proficiency.
  • Fluent English proficiency at B2 level or equivalent.
  • Availability to work remotely from anywhere in Spain.
