Description

  • Consolidate data maps into a single project template and perform related data entry tasks.
  • Set up client accounts and project tracking systems.
  • Update ticketing systems to document request completion and communicate task status to requesters.
  • Consolidate final reports for upload into various ERP systems.
  • Identify and correctly assign compliance and primary contacts in ERP systems.
  • Validate client certifications on website listings and notify account owners when clients are added to regulator certification lists.
  • Verify customer information for offboarding, remove client information from ERP systems, and deactivate accounts as needed.
  • Design and set up customer cookie consent banners and translations.
  • Append sales prospect and existing account contacts, and audit and consolidate certification documentation.
  • Track customer participation status in privacy regulations and validate trademark violation tickets and GPS upsell cases.
  • Assist with client report requests and other projects or initiatives as needed to support business objectives.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of related work experience or equivalent.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B account management, client services, or a comparable role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems creatively.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Ability to explain complex issues clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Basic familiarity with internet technologies such as HTML, FTP, cookies, and web beacons.
  • Functional work experience in privacy management systems is preferred but not required.
  • Understanding of data privacy management practices is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as Netsuite, Jira, and Salesforce is preferred but not required.
