Description

  • Run full-cycle recruiting from intake through signed offer.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Screen candidates and coordinate structured interview processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to maintain consistent hiring standards.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with offer preparation.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and employee documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
  • Prepare employment verification letters and other employee documentation.
  • Track policy acknowledgements and training completion.
  • Support immigration and work permit processes, JHSC activities, HR communications, and internal people programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting and HR coordination.
  • Experience running full-cycle recruiting independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Canadian employment practices.
  • Experience supporting multiple departments in a growing company.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
  • Comfortable using modern tools and AI to improve workflows.
  • Must be located in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Ability to create structure, communicate clearly, take ownership, and follow through on details.
  • Preference for candidates who can thrive in a high-urgency, structured, and multi-priority environment.
