Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Canadian market and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Analyze customers’ business and privacy requirements to recommend outcome-based solutions.
  • Use consultative sales approaches to engage prospects and demonstrate TrustArc solution value.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge of TrustArc solutions and communicate their business advantages to prospects and customers.
  • Forecast sales and maintain activity and opportunity updates in Salesforce.
  • Negotiate, structure, and execute complex agreements and commercial terms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., legal, product, customer success) throughout the sales process.
  • Present contractual, technical, and financial value points to executive and C-level stakeholders to drive deal progression.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling to multiple roles, functions, and decision-makers, including C-level executives.
  • Experience selling across multiple major industries.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, structure, and execute complex agreements.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams during the sales process.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagements.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and experience maintaining forecasts and activity updates.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
  • Familiarity with data privacy solutions or willingness to develop deep knowledge of TrustArc products (preferred).
