Description

  • Own the full sales cycle and manage your own account pipeline while contributing to the team pipeline.
  • Consult businesses that have signed up to the platform and convert them into paying customers.
  • Serve as the first point of contact and the face of Connecteam for customers.
  • Become a product expert and guide customers across a wide variety of industries.
  • Gather client feedback and use customer insights to help improve the product.
  • Act as the company’s eyes and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and behavior.
  • Collaborate across departments and share information to support product and business decisions.
  • Demonstrate initiative, independence, and ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of international B2B sales experience in SaaS companies.
  • Strong record of closing deals and consistently overachieving monthly quotas.
  • Strong customer relationship skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-learner with high independence and an autodidact mindset.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with CRM and project management tools.
  • Energetic, positive, and motivated.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Ability to work remotely Monday through Friday.
  • Hungry to make a true impact and grow with the company.
