Description

  • Lead the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms to drive qualified leads.
  • Own content and strategy across YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
  • Develop and execute YouTube plans focused on keyword dominance and building authority.
  • Plan and manage email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including segmentation and automated workflows.
  • Serve as the central hub for marketing project management, tracking timelines, deliverables, and quality.
  • Use AI tools to scale content creation for LinkedIn, YouTube scripts, and email copy while maintaining brand voice.
  • Manage lead magnet projects, including copywriting, design coordination, landing pages, funnels, and automation.
  • Capture and analyze social media data, paid media metrics, and market trends to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with email copywriters and cross-functional teams such as Sales and Customer Relations on reputation management and coordinated actions.
  • Prepare weekly high-level marketing reports for the CEO and Head of Content.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Proven experience managing paid social and search campaigns on Meta, Google, and YouTube with a focus on ROI.
  • Deep project management experience with strong organization, attention to detail, and accountability.
  • Experience managing YouTube, LinkedIn, and email marketing initiatives.
  • High comfort level using AI tools to improve productivity and content quality across marketing channels.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar marketing automation software and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in a high-autonomy environment.
  • Experience with YouTube organic/paid growth and LinkedIn outreach is preferred.
