Description

  • Own the strategy and execution for audio acquisition marketing across Radio, SiriusXM, Podcasts, and Streaming Audio.
  • Manage performance against budget and growth goals across the channels you own.
  • Track weekly and monthly channel performance and adjust campaigns to improve target KPIs.
  • Partner with Creative, Analytics, MarTech, Product, and Finance teams to support channel execution.
  • Manage external agencies for media buys, negotiations, contracts, and reconciliations.
  • Analyze channel performance deeply and implement optimization strategies.
  • Present recommendations on test expansion opportunities and operational scaling, including AI-enabled systems.
  • Communicate insights and forward-looking strategies to senior leadership in biweekly and quarterly meetings.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, technologies, betas, and best practices.
  • Support other emerging marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct response marketing experience.
  • 3+ years managing offline performance marketing campaigns at a high-growth company where user acquisition was critical.
  • Proven success in-house at a high-growth direct response B2C startup; fintech or insurtech experience preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of traditional and digital audio channels; experience with TV, OTT, creators, partnerships, direct mail, or OOH is ideal.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with AI tools such as Hex, Claude, and Gemini.
  • Experience working with adtech and data teams to define platform and measurement needs.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills to influence senior leaders and build cross-functional alignment.
  • Ability to work autonomously, learn quickly, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A rigorous approach to testing, iterating, and applying learnings.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $127,000 to $223,000 per year.
  • Eligibility for bonus compensation.
