Description

  • Define and lead performance creative strategy across paid media channels, with an initial focus on Meta and TikTok.
  • Track creative trends across platforms, competitors, and relevant brands to generate new ad concepts.
  • Align performance creative with brand strategy and guidelines.
  • Build and manage a structured creative process across marketing and creative teams.
  • Research customer insights, reviews, objections, product benefits, and competitive actions to inform creative development.
  • Develop ad concepts, hooks, angles, scripts, and creative briefs for high-velocity asset production.
  • Use AI tools and workflows to track, evaluate, generate, and iterate ad creatives.
  • Ensure ad content meets brand and legal or compliance requirements.
  • Maintain feedback loops between acquisition, retention, ecomm, creative, customer support, and other teams.
  • Analyze ad performance metrics and turn insights into strategy improvements and executive updates.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, paid social, growth marketing, content strategy, or a related role.
  • Experience creating paid ad creative for DTC, eCommerce, CPG, wellness, supplements, health, beauty, lifestyle, or digitally native consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, UGC, creator-led content, and paid social creative formats.
  • Ability to write clear creative briefs, ad hooks, scripts, messaging angles, and testing hypotheses.
  • Strong analytical fluency with the ability to translate performance data into actionable creative direction.
  • Understanding of acquisition metrics such as CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV, and creative fatigue.
  • Strong customer research instincts, including mining reviews, comments, surveys, competitor ads, and product insights for creative angles.
  • Comfort working with designers, editors, creators, copywriters, agencies, and performance marketers.
  • Ability to operate in a lean, fast-moving environment with ambiguity, limited resources, and high expectations.
  • Interest in health, wellness, supplements, and consumer behavior.
