Description

  • Own the full-funnel marketing strategy for each client, including lead generation ads, retargeting, CRM automation, and follow-up sequences.
  • Set creative direction for campaigns by defining asset messaging, testing angles, and prioritizing what to communicate.
  • Review paid advertising and SEO performance data, identify issues, and adjust strategy based on results.
  • Translate marketing analytics into clear, actionable insights for business owners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 30 client accounts.
  • Lead weekly or biweekly strategy calls, present results, and recommend next steps.
  • Provide proactive client communication through calls, text, and personalized reporting.
  • Build trust and rapport with business owners through direct, peer-level conversations.
  • Own client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account health.
  • Identify upsell, expansion, referral, testimonial, and review opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in client strategy, account management, or customer success, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment.
  • Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Experience with SEO and the ability to read dashboards and diagnose underperformance.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a commanding presence in live client conversations.
  • Strategic thinking with the confidence to set, defend, and adjust plans based on data.
  • Calm, steady communication style for handling difficult conversations and pushback.
  • Previous sales experience or a sales-driven mindset.
  • Proactive, high-drive personality with a habit of reaching out before clients ask.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, project management tools, and team communication tools.
  • Nice to have: experience managing marketing funnels end-to-end from ad creative to follow-up.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with marketing automation platforms and lead management systems.
  • Nice to have: experience managing 15–30+ client accounts in an agency setting.
  • Nice to have: background working with or selling to small business owners.
  • Nice to have: experience in high-expectation, results-focused industries.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $60,000 per year.
  • Performance bonuses tied to client retention, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Total compensation range of $75,000–$85,000 per year.
