Description

  • Own the technical relationship with large enterprise customers and serve as their technical champion.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, monitor adoption, and resolve blockers to committed usage levels.
  • Drive platform consumption and usage across customer accounts through proactive planning and engagement.
  • Lead training sessions and create supporting materials such as documentation, videos, and articles.
  • Design and execute Mutual Activity Plans tied to customer value and outcomes.
  • Assist with installation of agents, basic instrumentation, and best-practice platform configuration.
  • Track project milestones, adjust plans as needed, and address deviations quickly.
  • Use customer interactions and data analytics to inform business reviews and identify successes, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Mitigate churn risk by addressing concerns promptly and reinforcing ongoing value.
  • Partner with sales and technical stakeholders to identify expansion opportunities and support enablement engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a computer science-related occupation.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in a technical success, customer success, or similar role.
  • Ability to collaborate with Account Executives, Sales, and technical decision-makers.
  • Ability to communicate technical value through reports, dashboards, and business reviews.
  • Ability to work within defined procedures and exercise judgment to determine appropriate action.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • 100% telecommuting permitted.
  • Preferred experience with customer onboarding, adoption, and value realization.
  • Preferred experience supporting instrumentation, agents, or observability platforms.
