Description

  • Own all services and support aspects for major accounts as the single point of contact for the customer.
  • Lead implementation, rollout, and delivery of products and services for assigned accounts.
  • Define and govern project implementation methodology, quality standards, controls, governance, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Manage major account projects at both the portfolio and individual contributor levels.
  • Work closely with sales, R&D, project managers, and cloud teams to deliver and complete projects successfully.
  • Support the Service Director in building and maintaining a high-performing project management team and driving revenue targets.
  • Set project goals, delivery plans, KPIs, and objectives for project managers.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact and escalation point for customers.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customer business and operations leaders as a trusted advisor.
  • Partner with sales to expand sales of NiCE solutions and value-added services such as training and consulting.

Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of account and customer management experience.
  • At least 3 years of management experience.
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
  • PMI certification is an asset.
  • Contact center industry background, such as Avaya or Cisco, with strong technical orientation.
  • Experience delivering software or solution deployment projects in the IT environment.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment with regional and global customers.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT management or Business preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage risks, identify challenges, and handle escalations.
  • Strong business and financial understanding.
  • Ability to lead teams and work in a matrix environment.
