Description

  • Build trusted, strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders across R&D, Operations, and Manufacturing organizations.
  • Serve as the liaison between QbDVision and customer stakeholders to drive successful business outcomes.
  • Develop expertise in QbDVision’s products and guide customers toward best-practice solutions.
  • Act as a thought partner to customers by increasing their knowledge of the platform and new product innovations.
  • Monitor product usage and identify opportunities to improve adoption and prevent underutilization of seats and features.
  • Document customer value realized through business outcomes, ROI, and impact metrics to support internal business cases.
  • Identify additional use cases and partner with customers and Account Management to expand investment across teams and departments.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to increase end-user adoption and maximize customer value.
  • Create and deliver customer enablement programs, including Train-the-Trainer programs and training curriculum development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in life sciences, software, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with global pharmaceutical companies.
  • Customer-facing consulting experience.
  • Experience managing relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
