Description

  • Own the client relationship internally and ensure all services align with partnership goals.
  • Develop a broader account strategy that goes beyond PPC and supports all client services.
  • Own 100% of client communication and manage expectations clearly and professionally.
  • Create, launch, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to meet client goals and improve sales and ROI.
  • Monitor PPC spend and budgets to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct keyword research for new and existing products to stay aligned with trends.
  • Monitor competitors, Amazon trends, and past brand performance to identify issues and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance data and create action plans based on key KPIs.
  • Work in bulk sheets and use reports to improve optimization and deploy new growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Data Analysts, Brand Managers, and PPC Managers while owning account strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience as a strategist.
  • Agency experience managing multiple brands simultaneously is mandatory.
  • Proven success managing medium-to-large budgets of more than $50K spent per month.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon PPC, organic ranking, and listing optimization.
  • English proficiency of at least B2 to communicate comfortably with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presentations and reports.
  • Ability to work remotely full time, 40 hours per week, with an immediate start date.
  • Availability during mandatory working hours from 9am to 2pm EST, with flexibility for the remaining hours.
  • Ability to accommodate different schedules and time zones.
  • Quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video calls.
