Description

  • Input and maintain client data in Google Sheets or a CRM system.
  • Organize client stages, pipelines, follow-up touchpoints, birthdays, and milestone dates.
  • Ensure client information remains accurate, current, and well organized.
  • Manage files and maintain clear folder structures in Dropbox.
  • Review client documents and accurately enter document details into required forms.
  • Handle general backend administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Assist with form completion and data verification.
  • Provide light design support by creating simple Canva graphics using existing templates.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Comfortable working with Google Sheets and cloud-based tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems or structured data tracking is a plus, but not required.
  • Highly organized and able to manage repetitive tasks reliably.
  • Basic Canva skills using templates.
  • Professional, discreet, and trustworthy when handling sensitive client information.
  • Clear written communication in English.
  • Previous experience supporting a real estate agent or small business is preferred.
  • Familiarity with document handling and compliance-related admin tasks is preferred.
  • Ability to proactively suggest better ways to organize systems is preferred.
