Description

  • Manage and maintain product listings on Facebook Marketplace and other online selling platforms.
  • Create, update, and optimize listings to keep pricing, descriptions, and availability accurate.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via messaging platforms.
  • Engage prospective customers and encourage showroom visits or next steps in the buying process.
  • Monitor listing performance and refresh or repost listings to improve visibility.
  • Maintain and update inventory records in the company database.
  • Provide general administrative support such as data entry, document organization, and operational tracking.
  • Use Google Drive and Google Sheets to manage files, reports, and workflows.
  • Coordinate with the owner and internal team to ensure listing accuracy and efficient operations.
  • Support additional administrative and operational tasks as the business grows.

Requirements

  • Experience managing Facebook Marketplace listings or similar online marketplace platforms.
  • Strong written English communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
  • Experience in customer service, lead engagement, or online messaging.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Drive and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience in e-commerce, inventory management, or administrative support is a plus.
  • Ability to commit to a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week.
  • Comfort working fully remote.
