Description

  • Create and publish social media content for 13 properties using existing blog content, website materials, and keyword resources.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent posting cadence across social platforms.
  • Perform basic video editing for social media content.
  • Complete, maintain, and regularly update Google My Business profiles for 13 properties.
  • Assist with verification of the remaining pending Google My Business listings.
  • Execute email campaigns using existing guest data only and pre-built templates.
  • Send promotional, seasonal, and announcement emails on time and accurately.
  • Work independently to follow established systems, tools, and instructions while managing multiple property accounts.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Experience with social media content creation and posting.
  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks across properties.
  • Comfortable using existing tools, templates, and systems.
  • Experience with Google My Business is preferred.
  • Background in short-term rentals, real estate, or property marketing is preferred.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms is preferred.
