Description

  • Own the new ARR target and the strategy to achieve it.
  • Build the sales organization from the ground up, including hiring the founding AE team and SDR manager.
  • Define sales segmentation, territories, and compensation plans.
  • Coach enterprise deals directly and maintain disciplined forecasting for the board.
  • Partner with marketing to generate pipeline and with client success on land-and-expand growth.
  • Represent Transform9 to key prospects and at industry events such as MGMA, HIMSS, and specialty conferences.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years leading B2B SaaS sales organizations.
  • Experience building a sales team in an early-stage environment, including 0→1 or 1→10 growth.
  • Strong forecasting and pipeline management methodology.
  • Player-coach leadership style with hands-on deal experience.
  • Experience selling into healthcare providers, such as practices, groups, or health systems (nice to have).
  • Experience selling AI or automation products (nice to have).
  • Ability to travel approximately 25–40% for client meetings and conferences.
  • Remote work available in the US; hybrid work available for candidates in the Birmingham, AL area.
