Description

  • Design, build, and manage AWS infrastructure for a real-time, high-availability voice AI platform.
  • Own CI/CD pipelines, including build, test, deploy, and rollback automation across all environments.
  • Define and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, CDK, or equivalent tools.
  • Monitor platform health, define SLOs/SLAs, and build alerting and observability tooling.
  • Respond to infrastructure incidents, lead resolution efforts, and drive post-mortems.
  • Harden infrastructure to meet HIPAA requirements, including encryption, access controls, audit logging, and network security.
  • Partner with engineering teams to improve system performance, cost efficiency, and scalability.
  • Grow the SRE practice by developing runbooks, incident response playbooks, chaos engineering, and reliability reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles.
  • Deep hands-on AWS experience with services such as ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS/Aurora, S3, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch.
  • Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools, with Terraform preferred.
  • Strong CI/CD pipeline experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent tools.
  • Solid understanding of networking, security groups, load balancing, and DNS.
  • Experience with container orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.
  • Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
  • Understanding of HIPAA infrastructure requirements, including encryption at rest/in transit, audit trails, and access controls.
  • Site Reliability Engineering background or formal SRE experience is preferred.
  • Experience supporting real-time or high-throughput systems such as voice or streaming platforms is preferred.
  • AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or SysOps are preferred.
  • Experience with multi-region or active-active deployment architectures is preferred.
  • Database administration or performance tuning experience is preferred.
