Description

  • Drive measurable client value by aligning solutions to client goals, KPIs, performance expectations, and ROI commitments.
  • Develop and maintain client value plans and value storytelling that communicate outcomes to executives and stakeholders.
  • Build deep strategic understanding of each client’s business, objectives, competitive environment, and stakeholder landscape.
  • Lead adoption, retention, and expansion initiatives across the full product suite to increase utilization, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze client data, including KPIs, engagement patterns, claims trends, and ROI, to generate strategic insights and forecasts.
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for executive and operational audiences.
  • Act as a consultative strategic advisor who anticipates client needs, identifies risks early, and leads root-cause problem solving.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships with executives, day-to-day partners, influencers, champions, and external consultants.
  • Maintain operational governance through CRM accuracy, risk registers, issue tracking, playbooks, and structured QBR/SBR cadences.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Implementation, Solutions, Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Sales to execute client strategy and growth plans.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Account Executive, Client Success, or Strategic Account roles.
  • 8-12 years of experience in health plans, PBMs, benefits, or employer healthcare required.
  • Deep understanding of employer healthcare, PBMs, health plans, and digital health or navigation solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating measurable client value, retention, and revenue growth in complex large-market environments.
  • Proven experience leading renewals and expansions for large, complex employer or health plan clients, including multi-year, multi-solution deals.
  • Experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and execute client-specific value plans tied to KPIs, performance guarantees, and ROI.
  • Advanced data fluency with the ability to interpret financial, clinical, and engagement data and forecast risks.
  • Strong commercial acumen and comfort leading renewal, upsell, and expansion discussions in partnership with Sales.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field required.
  • Ability to travel at least 30%, including overnight travel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
