Description

  • Own the renewal process for the Australian client base and work toward monthly renewal rate targets.
  • Investigate customer issues end to end and coordinate resolution across internal teams.
  • Drive cash collection through renewals, upsells, and upgrades within the existing customer base.
  • Manage the customer pipeline in a data-driven way using CRM and reporting tools.
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Prioritise ticket resolution and proactive outreach to meet monthly KPIs.
  • Collaborate with accounting, corporate secretarial, product, and data teams to improve renewal outcomes.
  • Identify and act on revenue expansion opportunities within the book of business.
  • Share best practices with the wider Customer Success team and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in renewals or customer success management roles.
  • Located in the Philippines.
  • Proven track record of achieving renewal rate and cash collection targets in a B2B SaaS or services environment.
  • Experience managing a customer pipeline in a data-driven way, including CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, finance, and operations teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with Australian-market clients.
  • Proven behavioural fit demonstrating ownership, humility, structured thinking, target focus, data-driven decision making, and the ability to have tough conversations positively.
  • Willingness to undergo background screening, which may include education, criminal history, political exposure, and bankruptcy or adverse credit checks.
