Description

  • Support dealership onboarding and operational setup activities.
  • Assist dealership personnel with remittance procedures and payment-related processes.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for dealership questions and operational support.
  • Build and maintain strong dealer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Identify dealer concerns, opportunities, and trends and share them with leadership.
  • Respond to dealer and customer inquiries by phone, email, and digital communication platforms.
  • Provide contract holders with general guidance regarding contracts and claims.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and document dealer activity, tasks, and follow-up items.
  • Assist with collections follow-up and remittance-related concerns.
  • Coordinate with operations, accounting, claims, and leadership teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organization and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
  • Experience in powersports, automotive, F&I, warranty, or dealership environments is preferred.
  • Experience supporting dealer relationships, customer service, or account management functions is preferred.
  • Experience using CRM systems and tracking customer interactions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with collections processes or operational support activities is preferred.
  • Experience using communication platforms such as Podium is preferred.
