Description

  • Build and own day-to-day health plan relationships to manage product delivery and service expectations.
  • Partner with internal teams to represent the voice of the health plan and ensure strategic partnership requirements are met.
  • Drive overall health plan partnership and end-group performance with a focus on retention.
  • Support the Sr. Director in developing and executing annual strategic account plans for assigned partnerships.
  • Ensure key stakeholders have visibility into results, key metrics, priorities, and ROI.
  • Partner on cross-functional initiatives to improve service delivery, partnership outcomes, and member outcomes.
  • Manage partnership reporting deliverables and deliver health plan performance reports on time with actionable insights.
  • Analyze service delivery issues and help identify appropriate administrative solutions.
  • Support partnership onboarding and training on Transcarent processes, including reporting and Zendesk.
  • Plan and execute external status meetings, meeting logistics, and follow-up actions through closure.
  • Partner with Customer Support to respond to escalated customer issues and business-wide trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in account management, customer success, or a similar external client-facing role.
  • Healthcare, health plan, or health advocacy industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse locations and business functions in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success building relationships, driving process improvement, measuring results, and achieving targeted outcomes.
  • Self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and desire to add value.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with change, uncertainty, autonomy, ambiguity, and accountability.
  • Ability to travel less than 25% of the time.
