Description

  • Provide clinical consultation and guidance to HR, ER, and benefits teams on employee behavioral health concerns and support strategies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate responses to critical incidents, including CISD logistics, responder identification, and follow-up outreach.
  • Deliver discreet, high-touch clinical support to executives and VIP employees.
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from company representatives with clinical expertise and Lyra resource guidance.
  • Reach out proactively to employees identified as high-risk or in crisis to provide support, risk assessment, safety planning, and care navigation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Success, Workforce Transformation, operations, and clinical leadership.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and Lyra protocols.
  • Identify barriers to care and use Lyra’s software and other methods to connect clients with appropriate treatment.
  • Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi-need clients.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent.
  • Current independent clinical licensure required, such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC.
  • Cannot be in a supervised-hours role; candidates without an independent state license will not be considered.
  • At least 2 years of post-license experience.
  • Experience in EAP, clinical call center, or organizational consulting preferred.
  • Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations such as suicidality and mandated reporting.
  • Experience coordinating CISD responses.
  • Experience working with HR, ER, or corporate leadership teams.
  • Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.
  • Must be a full-time resident of the United States and able to work from within the U.S.
  • Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday evening/night shifts across U.S. time zones.
