Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build trusted long-term relationships.
  • Develop, oversee, and execute customized marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Define and drive the marketing strategy for each client account.
  • Communicate with clients weekly by phone, email, and Zoom, and manage requests and projects through the internal project management system.
  • Analyze performance data from platforms such as Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, and GA4, then turn insights into actionable recommendations and campaign reports.
  • Foster relationships with strategic partners to support client satisfaction and retention.
  • Expand client relationships by increasing services delivered and revenue generated within existing accounts.
  • Generate client referrals that lead to new RYNO business.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, strategists, and other team members to align on client goals.
  • Mentor Client Success Coordinators and support additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of account management experience in a fast-growing digital marketing agency in a client-facing role.
  • Experience driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and upselling solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for managing escalations and building relationships.
  • Hands-on experience with Paid Media and/or SEO strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, and Google Analytics 4.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced workflow and tight deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering results and helping businesses grow.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and resolve conflicts proactively.
  • Preferred: certifications in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, Google Ads Search, Google Ads Display, and Google Analytics (GA4).
