Description

  • Provide strategic clinical consultation to clients and serve as a trusted advisor on their benefits ecosystem.
  • Lead the implementation and upselling of clinical program solutions through ongoing client interactions and business reviews.
  • Manage client escalations and work to resolve issues quickly and satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with account management and cross-functional teams to advocate for client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends, drug information, and medication utilization to inform client recommendations.
  • Analyze client trends and communicate data-driven insights and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop, prepare, train, and present clinical business strategies and annual plans for multiple clients.
  • Review plan setups, formulary issues, and drug plan design to identify trends and recommend adjustments.
  • Provide clinical oversight within the business division and contribute to product development and client advisory boards.
  • Build scalable, repeatable processes and tools that improve the Client Success framework.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) required; advanced degrees or pharmacy residency preferred.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in pharmacy, managed care, or the PBM industry.
  • Current U.S. Pharmacist License required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a solid understanding of financials.
  • Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to lead and execute projects using established processes.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, including impactful presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret information and influence others.
  • High business acumen with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and identify business opportunities.
  • Exceptional client relationship skills, with experience upselling clinical programs, retaining clients, and improving client satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 20% of the time.
